Select the thumbnail of the image you want to sell
Enter the Item ID (the Short caption, or file name, is displayed by default)
Enter the Item name for that image, or select an Item name from the drop down menu
Enter the Item price and select the currency (US dollar default)
Click the Save button to save your settings. The settings will be saved under the Item name in the Item name drop down menu

To create New Item settings for another image:

Click the New button. The item fields will reset to blank
Select the thumbnail of the image you want to sell
Enter the Item information into the fields following the steps outlined above
Click the Save button to save your new settings

To Delete an Item setting:

Click the Item name drop down arrow to display all the saved Item name settings
Select the Item name setting you want to delete so that it appears in the Item name field
Click the Delete button to delete that Item name
The Item name will no longer appear in the drop down menu

You can either set items for each image one-by-one, or if you have several images with the same selling information, just use multiple select (Ctrl or Shift modifier keys). Then you can add item information for several images at once.
