Activation tab
On this tab, you can:
- Identify important information about your program
- Verify activation status
How activation works
Shozam installs and runs by default in Lite Edition. Trying to access features that are not enabled in this edition prompts the option to switch to trial mode. After you purchase another edition, you will receive a download link from where you can install the program. When you run the program after that installation, the program will connect to the activation server, get your assigned Name/Key combination and automatically insert it into the program. Once these values are retrieved and inserted successfully, your program will run as the purchased edition.
Restrictions
Activation is subject to the Use Restrictions section in the End User License Agreement (EULA). New activations may disable previous activations.
Troubleshooting
If you experience any activation issues, please contact the Help Desk and provide the following information:
- Your Order ID identified in your receipt and purchase confirmation emails
- Hardware number appearing on the Activation tab
- Confirmation that your installation is in compliance with the Restrictions section above
Based on this information, we will provide you with Name/Key to activate the installation on your computer.
